It spent six months on the New York Times bestseller list and became the basis for the 2006 film of the samename, starring Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, and Emily Blunt.
On May 31, 2012, it was announced by Entertainment Weekly that Lauren Weisberger is working on a sequel to the book,entitled Revenge Wears Prada: The Devil Returns. The book's publishing date is currently due for
April 2013 [1] .
